My lighting design included a set of light boxes flanking the upstage center entrance, whose color varied according to the particular location being portrayed: blue in Mary's bedroom, green in the hairdressing salon, orange in Mary's sitting room, bluegreen in the dress shop, orange in the exercise studio, grey in the kitchen, yellow in the Las Vegas hotel room, and pink in Crystal's bathroom, and a pink/lavender combination in the Casino Roof ballroom powder room.
